Every tier includes a minimum 6-month support period.
A monthly retainer is mandatory for every mandate. It is paid one month in advance and covers the structuring, roadshow and negotiation work, independently of the success fee.
Exact amounts are disclosed after an introductory call, once we understand your project. The multiplier shown reflects how the retainer scales with your tier.
Depending on the size and structure of each project, the success fee is calculated either as a flat percentage of the total capital raised, or on a cumulative modified Lehman scale, where each rate applies only to the portion of capital that falls within its bracket.
The percentages shown are maximums. The method and final rate are defined in each mandate.
Each scenario applies one flat rate to the full amount raised. Depending on the project, the final fee may instead follow a cumulative modified Lehman scale, where each rate applies only to its own bracket of capital.
